Makemation is a magnificent first of its kind feature film shot on two units of the legendary rugged and high quality Arri Alexa LF Camera and Lens Packages with a wide combination of high-quality sophisticated Lighting and Grip Equipment handled by some of the most experienced and highly detailed Experts in the Camera, Lighting design and Grip Departments anywhere within the Continent’s Film Making Space. 

The rigour of execution of this Project by the Camera and Lighting Units under the leadership and supervision of our Director of Photography focused extensively on the appropriate frame rates, aspect ratios, focus and depth of field, careful lens selection for the desired shots per time, camera movements using Vario Rigs, Cranes, Dollies and Steadicams for stabilization to create the extraordinary footage for this Film. 

Our Lighting Designer ensured three-point lighting, temperature balancing of shots with light sources and light placements and positioning to create the Film’s desired shadows and highlights. 

Sound was delivered with a broad package of top of the range microphones and mixers and Visual effects such as CGI, VFX and Holograms were nicely incorporated to achieve the projected scale of the film. 

All this technical mastery proved important in achieving the desired visual and narrative quality in the Production of the Makemation Film.
